The Sacred Greatness of Lohārgala
The ‘Iron-Bolt’ Tīrtha

Cosmic Boar Symbolism: {"has_symbolism":true,"symbolic_interpretation":"Varāha as the inner guide: the real ‘path’ is smṛti (cintā) of the Lord; geography externalizes the moral-psychological landscape where pāpa becomes thorns and puṇya becomes a clear road.","yajna_varaha_imagery":"Implicit: ‘surrounded by pāpa’ parallels the unpurified adhvaryu-space; only the consecrated (puṇya-yukta) can enter the yajña-field.","vedantic_connection":"Bhakti-smṛti as upāya: remembrance purifies citta, making the ‘durgama’ (hard-to-cross) saṃsāra/kṣetra traversable; aligns with the doctrine that inner qualification (adhikāra) governs realization."}

It articulates a standard Purāṇic principle: sacred space is mapped through ethical qualification, not merely physical distance—useful for studying pilgrimage ideology.
The verse continues the description of Lohārgala-kṣetra (named earlier) rather than adding a new toponym.
Ethical conduct (puṇya) and disciplined remembrance are presented as enabling conditions for access, while wrongdoing functions as an obstructive force.
