Transliteration

gautamaḥ śraddhayā bhaktyā gaṃgāmaulimakhaṃḍadhīḥ | tadā'bhūnmahadāścaryaṃ śṛṇvaṃtu ṛṣayo'malāḥ

Translation

Si Gautama—matatag ang isip at may pagpipitagan sa Panginoong may koronang Gaṅgā—noon, sa pananampalataya at debosyon, ay nakasaksi ng isang dakilang kababalaghan. “Makinig kayo, mga ṛṣi na walang dungis,” (wika ng tagapagsalaysay).
