Transliteration

yathā lakṣmīḥ priyā viṣṇostulasī ca tato'dhikā | dvārakāyāṃ samutpannā viśeṣeṇa phalādhikā

Translation

Kung paanong si Lakṣmī ay minamahal ni Viṣṇu, gayon din ang tulasī—na higit pang minamahal kaysa sa kanya. At ang tulasī na sumibol sa Dvārakā ay, sa natatanging paraan, higit na dakila sa bungang ipinagkakaloob nito.
