Tirtha: Dvārakā-kṣetra (liṅga-associated spot leading to Kuśeśvara)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Daitya/Danuja
Scene: Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa addresses the daitya with calm authority, praising his valor because it is rooted in Śiva’s refuge, and offers a boon; the scene radiates reconciliation and divine largesse.
Refuge in Śiva is honored even by Viṣṇu, presenting devotion as non-sectarian and dharma as harmonizing the deities.
The boon-dialogue occurs within Dvārakā Māhātmya, reinforcing Dvārakā as a locus of divine dialogue and blessing.
No explicit ritual; the verse introduces varadāna (granting of a boon) as a divine response to valor and devotion.
