संपूर्णनियमः स्नातस्त्वत्प्रसादाद्भवाम्यहम् । तच्छुत्वा वचनं दैत्यो नातिहृष्टमनास्तदा । दुर्वाससमुवाचेदं नैतदेवं भविष्यति
saṃpūrṇaniyamaḥ snātastvatprasādādbhavāmyaham | tacchutvā vacanaṃ daityo nātihṛṣṭamanāstadā | durvāsasamuvācedaṃ naitadevaṃ bhaviṣyati
“Sa iyong biyaya, matatapos ko ang lahat ng mga niyama at makapagsasagawa ng banal na paliligo (snāna) nang ganap na may disiplina.” Nang marinig ito, ang Daitya (Bali) ay hindi lubos na nalugod. Pagkaraan ay sinabi niya kay Durvāsā, “Hindi ito mangyayari sa ganitong paraan.”
