mūlasthānaṃ ca deveśa saṃsnāpya pravilepayet | pūjayiṣyati vastrādyaiḥ svaśaktyā bhūṣaṇaistathā
O Panginoon ng mga diyos! Matapos paliguan (ang diyos) sa Mūlasthāna, dapat itong pahiran at lagyan ng banal na pabango; at dapat sambahin sa pamamagitan ng kasuotan at iba pang handog, gayundin ng mga palamuti ayon sa sariling kakayahan.
