शास्ता भवान्प्रजानां हि न न्यायेन नियोक्ष्यति । भविष्यति भवांस्तस्मात्कृकलासो न संशयः
śāstā bhavānprajānāṃ hi na nyāyena niyokṣyati | bhaviṣyati bhavāṃstasmātkṛkalāso na saṃśayaḥ
“Bagaman ikaw ang tagapaghukom at tagapamahala ng bayan, hindi mo sila pinamamahalaan ayon sa katarungan. Kaya ikaw ay magiging isang butiki—walang alinlangan.”
