तदीयपूर्तधर्मस्य चिह्नेन न यदंकितम् । कन्यादानानि बहुधा ब्राह्मेण विधिना व्यधात्
tadīyapūrtadharmasya cihnena na yadaṃkitam | kanyādānāni bahudhā brāhmeṇa vidhinā vyadhāt
Walang pook na naiwan na hindi natatakan ng mga tanda ng kaniyang mga gawaing pangmadla na dharmiko. Sa maraming paraan ay isinagawa niya ang kanyādāna—ang pag-aalay ng dalaga sa pag-aasawa—ayon sa ritong Brāhma.
