पत्नीं चैव तु जीवंतीं परामभ्यगमन्मुदम् । हन्यादिति न सा वेद शस्त्रपाणौ स्थिते सुते
patnīṃ caiva tu jīvaṃtīṃ parāmabhyagamanmudam | hanyāditi na sā veda śastrapāṇau sthite sute
Nang makita niyang buhay pa ang kanyang asawa, napuno siya ng dakilang kagalakan. Hindi nalalaman ng babae ang balak na ‘papatay ako,’ samantalang naroon ang anak na may sandata sa kamay.
