अपि वर्षशतस्यांते स द्विहायनवच्चरेत् । समर्थं वाऽसमर्थं वा कृशं वाप्यकृशं तथा

Transliteration

api varṣaśatasyāṃte sa dvihāyanavaccaret | samarthaṃ vā'samarthaṃ vā kṛśaṃ vāpyakṛśaṃ tathā

Translation

Kahit sa dulo ng sandaang taon, itinuturing pa rin siya ng ina na parang dalawang taong gulang. Maging kaya man o hindi, payat man o matipuno, iisa pa rin ang tingin at pag-aaruga ng ina.
