नारद उवाच । समासात्तव वक्ष्यामि योगतत्त्वं कुरूद्वह । श्रवणादपि नैर्मल्यं यस्य स्यात्सेवनात्किमु
nārada uvāca | samāsāttava vakṣyāmi yogatattvaṃ kurūdvaha | śravaṇādapi nairmalyaṃ yasya syātsevanātkimu
Sinabi ni Nārada: “O pinakamahusay sa mga Kuru, sasabihin ko sa iyo nang maikli ang katotohanan ng Yoga. Kung ang pakikinig pa lamang ay nagdudulot ng kadalisayan, ano pa kaya ang bunga ng pagsasagawa nito?”
