Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 13
ययाविष्टः समुज्जह्रे वेदान्कूर्मो जगद्गुरुः । अनयाविष्टदेहश्च बुधो बौद्धान्हनिष्यति
yayāviṣṭaḥ samujjahre vedānkūrmo jagadguruḥ | anayāviṣṭadehaśca budho bauddhānhaniṣyati
Sa pagpasok ng Kapangyarihang iyon, si Kūrma—guro ng daigdig—ay nag-angat at nagpanumbalik sa mga Veda. At sa katawan ding pinasukan ng Kapangyarihang ito, si Buddha ay (sa takdang panahon) magpapasuko sa mga Bauddha.
