तथा रजस्तमश्चैव संशोध्ये सात्त्विकैर्गुणैः । अस्मादेव गुणानां च समवायादनादिजात्
tathā rajastamaścaiva saṃśodhye sāttvikairguṇaiḥ | asmādeva guṇānāṃ ca samavāyādanādijāt
Gayundin, ang rajas at tamas ay dapat dalisayin nang lubos sa pamamagitan ng mga katangiang sāttvika. Sapagkat mula sa walang pasimulang pagsasanib na ito nagmumula ang paghahalo ng mga guṇa.
