Transliteration

caturthaḥ saṃvaho nāma sthito nakṣatramaṇḍale | vātaraśmibhirābaddhaṃ dhruveṇa saha bhrāmyate

Translation

Ang ikaapat na hangin, na kilala bilang Saṃvaha, ay nananahan sa sfera ng mga bahay-buwan (nakshatra). Nakagapos sa mga tali ng sinag-hangin, pinaiikot nito ang sferang bituin kasama ni Dhruva (Bituing Polo).
