Sūta (narrator) to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Jaya-stambha
Type: kshetra
Scene: Flowers rain from the sky as divine instruments resound; the victory pillar is fully raised and proclaimed ‘Jaya,’ while Skanda stands as the world’s delight amid the consecrated celebration.
When dharmic acts are completed, nature and heaven respond with auspicious signs—affirming sacred establishment as divinely approved.
The site of the ‘Jaya’ pillar becomes a sanctified landmark, a pilgrimage memory-point within the Kaumārikākhaṇḍa.
Raising/erecting the stambha and ritually naming it ‘Jaya’ as part of consecration.
