Transliteration

evamukte vighnarājñā pratīte'sthāpayacca tam | tasmādasau sadābhyarcyaścaturthyāṃ ca viśeṣataḥ

Translation

Nang magsalita nang gayon si Vighnarāja at pumayag, itinindig niya ang (diyos) na iyon. Kaya dapat itong sambahin palagi—lalo na sa Caturthī, ang ikaapat na araw ng buwan.
