Tirtha: Krauñca-parvata (Śakti-chidra / Krauñca-bheda)
Type: peak
Listener: Pārtha (addressed as ‘O Pārtha’)
Scene: Skanda’s roaring spear (Śakti) pierces Mount Krauñca, igniting the mountain-fortress; daityas and fierce beasts are consumed in a sweeping arc of flame and light.
Divine power removes entrenched harm at its root—destroying not only the tyrant but the violent forces gathered around him.
Mount Krauñca is again foregrounded as a mythic-sacred place marked by Skanda’s act.
