क्रौंचपर्वतमादाय देवसंघान्प्रबाधते । सोऽधुना ते भयाद्वीर पलायित्वा नगं गतः । जहि तं पापसंकल्पं क्रौंचस्थं शक्तिवेगतः
krauṃcaparvatamādāya devasaṃghānprabādhate | so'dhunā te bhayādvīra palāyitvā nagaṃ gataḥ | jahi taṃ pāpasaṃkalpaṃ krauṃcasthaṃ śaktivegataḥ
Sa pagkubli sa Bundok Krauñca, pinahihirapan niya ang mga hukbo ng mga diyos. Ngayon, O bayani, sa pagtakas dahil sa takot sa iyo, siya ay nagtungo sa bundok na iyon. Paslangin mo ang masamang hangarin na iyon na naninirahan sa Krauñca—nang mabilis, gamit ang lakas ng iyong Sibat.
