गोब्राह्मणावमन्तॄणां ततो यामि गतिं स्फुटम् । एवं तेन प्रतिज्ञाते शब्दोऽतिसुमहानभूत्
gobrāhmaṇāvamantṝṇāṃ tato yāmi gatiṃ sphuṭam | evaṃ tena pratijñāte śabdo'tisumahānabhūt
“…kung gayon ay tiyak na mapapasaakin ang kapalaran ng mga lumalapastangan sa mga baka at sa mga brāhmaṇa.” Nang ipahayag niya ang panatang ito, isang napakalakas na ugong ang sumiklab.
