देवशर्मोवाच । एवं ते वदमानस्य आयुरस्तु शतं समाः । यदशक्यं महत्कर्म कर्तुमिच्छसि मत्कृते
devaśarmovāca | evaṃ te vadamānasya āyurastu śataṃ samāḥ | yadaśakyaṃ mahatkarma kartumicchasi matkṛte
Wika ni Devaśarman: “Sa pagsasalita mo nang ganyan, nawa’y mabuhay ka ng sandaang taon. Ngunit para sa akin, nais mong gawin ang isang dakilang gawa na wari’y di maisasakatuparan.”
