भृंगेषु कोकिलास्येषु विहारेषु स्मरानलम् । तत्प्राप्तौ स्नेहसंयुक्तं कामिनां हृदयं किल
bhṛṃgeṣu kokilāsyeṣu vihāreṣu smarānalam | tatprāptau snehasaṃyuktaṃ kāmināṃ hṛdayaṃ kila
Ang “apoy ni Smara” (lagnat ng pag-ibig) ay nananahan sa mga bubuyog, sa lalamunan ng kokila, at sa mga harding aliw; at kapag ito’y sumapit, ang puso ng mga umiibig ay tunay na nabibigkis ng paglalambing.
