निस्तरंगं विनिर्गृह्य स्थितमिंद्रियगोचरान् । आत्मानमात्मना देवं प्रविष्टं तपसो निधिम्
nistaraṃgaṃ vinirgṛhya sthitamiṃdriyagocarān | ātmānamātmanā devaṃ praviṣṭaṃ tapaso nidhim
Nang mapigil ang mga bagay na sinasagap ng pandama at mapawi ang alon ng isip, nanatili siyang matatag sa loob ng sarili—sa pamamagitan ng Sarili, pumasok sa Deva na siyang kayamanan ng tapas (pagpapakasakit).
