Transliteration

rathaṃ mātalinā yuktaṃ taptahemapariṣkṛtam | caturyojanavistīrṇaṃ siddhasaṃghapariṣkṛtam

Translation

Isang karwaheng hinihila at inihanda ni Mātali, pinalamutian ng pinong gintong pinainit—may lawak na apat na yojana—ay maringal na inayos, at pinalilibutan at pinagpala ng mga pangkat ng mga Siddha.
