नारद उवाच । इत्थं निशम्य तद्वाक्यं स प्रहस्यातिविस्मितः । भूपालस्तस्य पप्रच्छ कारणं तादृशायुषः
nārada uvāca | itthaṃ niśamya tadvākyaṃ sa prahasyātivismitaḥ | bhūpālastasya papraccha kāraṇaṃ tādṛśāyuṣaḥ
Sabi ni Nārada: Nang marinig ang gayong mga salita, ang hari ay napatawa at labis na namangha, at tinanong siya tungkol sa dahilan ng gayong kahabaan ng buhay.
