महाधनस्य शांतस्य सदा राजसखस्य च । याञ्चाभंगभयात्तस्य तां कन्यां प्रददौ पिता
mahādhanasya śāṃtasya sadā rājasakhasya ca | yāñcābhaṃgabhayāttasya tāṃ kanyāṃ pradadau pitā
Dahil siya’y napakayaman, mapayapa, at laging kaibigan ng hari, ang ama ng dalaga—sa takot sa kahihiyang dulot ng pagtanggi sa kanyang pakiusap—ay ibinigay sa kanya ang anak na babae.
