Transliteration

mūrdhānamavyānmama caṃdramau lirbhālaṃ mamāvyādatha bhālanetraḥ | netre mamāvyādbhaganetrahārī nāsāṃ sadā rakṣatu viśvanāthaḥ

Translation

Ingatan nawa ang aking ulo ng Panginoong may koronang Buwan; ingatan ang aking noo ng May-matang nasa noo; ingatan ang aking mga mata ng nag-alis ng mata ni Bhaga; at nawa’y laging bantayan ni Viśvanātha ang aking ilong.
