शिवानाममयं लिंगं नित्यं पूज्यं महर्षिभिः । यतश्च सर्वलिंगेषु तस्मात्पूज्यं विधानतः

Transliteration

śivānāmamayaṃ liṃgaṃ nityaṃ pūjyaṃ maharṣibhiḥ | yataśca sarvaliṃgeṣu tasmātpūjyaṃ vidhānataḥ

Translation

Ang Liṅga na binubuo ng mismong mga Banal na Pangalan ni Śiva ay dapat laging sambahin ng mga dakilang ṛṣi. At sapagkat ito’y lumalaganap at naroroon sa lahat ng liṅga, kaya nararapat itong sambahin ayon sa itinakdang mga alituntunin.
