तत्तद्रू पेण सर्वेषामारोग्यादिफलप्रदः । देशकालानुसारेण तथा पात्रानुसारतः
tattadrū peṇa sarveṣāmārogyādiphalapradaḥ | deśakālānusāreṇa tathā pātrānusārataḥ
Ipinagkakaloob Niya sa lahat ang mga bunga gaya ng kalusugan at iba pa, sa pag-aanyong yaon—ayon sa lugar at panahon, at ayon din sa karapat-dapat na kalagayan ng tumatanggap.

Sthala Purana: Doctrinal statement: Śiva grants fruits by manifesting in the ‘appropriate form’ (tattadrūpa) relative to deśa-kāla and pātra (eligibility). This mirrors Purāṇic and Āgamic inclusivism without anchoring to a single shrine.
Significance: Encourages discerning worship: results depend on right context (place/time) and worthiness (pātra). Pilgrimage and ritual are thus ethically conditioned, not merely mechanical.
Role: liberating
It teaches that Shiva’s grace is perfectly discerning: He gives fruits—ranging from health to higher aims—by manifesting suitably, harmonizing divine compassion with the devotee’s maturity, time, and circumstance.
It supports Saguna worship: Shiva responds through accessible forms (including the Linga) so devotees can receive appropriate benefits, while the form and result align with the devotee’s capacity and intent.
Worship should be adapted to deśa-kāla (proper place/time) and pātratā (eligibility): regular Linga-pūjā with mantra-japa (especially the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and disciplined conduct to become a fit recipient of higher fruits.
