अहीनगोस्तु दायादस्सहस्वान्नाम वीर्यवान् । वीरसेनात्मजस्तस्य यश्चैक्ष्वाकुकुलोद्भवः
ahīnagostu dāyādassahasvānnāma vīryavān | vīrasenātmajastasya yaścaikṣvākukulodbhavaḥ
Mula kay Ahīnaga ay nagkaroon ng karapat-dapat na tagapagmana—si Sahasvān, masigla at magiting. Siya ay anak ni Vīrasena at isinilang sa maringal na angkan ni Ikṣvāku.
