गर्भस्थश्चिंतयत्येवमहं गर्भाद्विनिस्सृतः । अन्वेष्यामि शिवज्ञानं संसारविनिवर्तकम्
garbhasthaściṃtayatyevamahaṃ garbhādvinissṛtaḥ | anveṣyāmi śivajñānaṃ saṃsāravinivartakam
Kahit nasa sinapupunan pa, nagmumuni ang naghahanap: “Pagkalaya ko mula sa sinapupunan, hahanapin ko ang kaalaman kay Śiva—ang mapagpalayang karunungang nagbabalikwas mula sa saṃsāra.”

It expresses intense vairāgya and prior saṃskāra: the jīva’s deepest aspiration is to seek Śiva-jñāna, the Pati-knowledge that cuts the bonds of pāśa and ends saṃsāra.
Śiva-jñāna is approached through devotion and right practice; in Shaiva tradition, Saguna worship—especially of the Śiva-liṅga—purifies the mind and matures it toward realizing Śiva-tattva.
The takeaway is a vow to pursue Śiva-jñāna through disciplined sādhana—daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), liṅga-pūjā, and contemplative inquiry that nurtures detachment from saṃsāra.
