Lokapramāṇa–Grahamaṇḍala–Dhruvaloka-vyavasthā
Cosmic Measures and the Arrangement of the Heavenly Spheres
तेभ्यः पुत्रास्तथान्येषां बीजान्यन्यानि वै ततः । महदादयो विशेषांतास्तद्भवंति सुरादयः
tebhyaḥ putrāstathānyeṣāṃ bījānyanyāni vai tataḥ | mahadādayo viśeṣāṃtāstadbhavaṃti surādayaḥ
Mula sa kanila ay isinilang ang mga anak na lalaki; at mula sa iba pa ay sumunod na lumitaw ang iba’t ibang “binhi” (mga prinsipyong sanhi). Mula sa pinagmulan ding iyon ay sumibol ang mga paglalang mula sa Mahat hanggang sa mga tiyak na elemento, kasama ang mga Deva at iba pang nilalang.

It maps how manifested existence unfolds—from causal “seeds” to Mahat and down to particulars—so the seeker can discern the changing tattvas from the unchanging Pati (Shiva), the liberator.
By showing that even gods and cosmic principles arise within creation, it points the devotee to worship the Linga as Shiva’s transcendent-immanent reality—beyond all evolutes yet present within them.
Tattva-viveka (discrimination) supported by japa of the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” using devotion to Saguna Shiva to transcend identification with the evolutes of prakriti.
