ब्रह्माण्डदान-प्रशंसा तथा ब्रह्माण्ड-प्रमाण-वर्णनम्

Praise of the Gift of the Cosmic Egg and Description of the Brahmāṇḍa’s Measure

प्राह स्वर्गसदोमध्ये पातालानीति नारदः । स्वर्लोकादति रम्याणि तेभ्योऽसावागतो दिवि

prāha svargasadomadhye pātālānīti nāradaḥ | svarlokādati ramyāṇi tebhyo'sāvāgato divi

Sa gitna ng kapulungan ng mga nasa langit, ipinahayag ni Nārada: “May mga Pātāla (mga daigdig sa ilalim). Higit pa silang kaaya-aya kaysa Svarga.” Nang marinig ito, siya (ang tinutukoy) ay umakyat sa kalangitan mula sa mga daigdig na iyon.
