नन्दिकेशावतारवर्णनम् (Nandikeśa Avatāra Varṇanam) — “Account of the Descent/Origin of Nandikeśvara”
न दास्यामि सुतं तेऽहं मृत्युहीनमयोनिजम् । हरिर्विधिश्च भगवान्किमुतान्यो महामुने
na dāsyāmi sutaṃ te'haṃ mṛtyuhīnamayonijam | harirvidhiśca bhagavānkimutānyo mahāmune
Hindi ko ipagkakaloob sa iyo ang isang anak na walang kamatayan at hindi isinilang sa sinapupunan. Maging si Bhagavān Hari at si Bhagavān Vidhi (Brahmā) ay hindi rin lampas dito—lalo na ang iba pa, O dakilang muni.
