The Account of Śambhu’s Incarnation that Dispels Doubts Concerning Women
य एतच्छ्रृणुयान्नित्यं श्रावयेद्वा समाहितः । स भुक्त्वेहाखिलान्कामान्सोन्ते शिवपुरम्व्रजेत्
ya etacchrṛṇuyānnityaṃ śrāvayedvā samāhitaḥ | sa bhuktvehākhilānkāmānsonte śivapuramvrajet
Sinumang palagiang nakikinig sa salaysay na ito, o may nakatuong isip na ipinakikinig ito sa iba—pagkaraang matamasa rito ang lahat ng kanais-nais na kaganapan, sa huli’y tutungo siya sa tahanan ni Śiva (Śivapura).

It teaches that śravaṇa (devout listening) and enabling others to hear Śiva’s sacred narrative, done with mental steadiness, becomes a direct means to Śiva’s grace—granting both righteous enjoyments in life and final attainment of Śivapura (liberation in Śiva’s sphere).
The verse emphasizes devotional engagement with Śiva’s manifest (saguṇa) glory through Purāṇic hearing/recitation; such bhakti supports steady remembrance of Śiva—often expressed in practice through Liṅga worship, pūjā, and scripture-recitation in Śiva temples.
Regular śravaṇa/pāṭha (listening to or reciting the Śiva Purāṇa) with samādhāna (focused attention), and arranging recitations for others—especially on auspicious days like Mondays or Mahāśivarātri.
