यः पुरा गदितो विप्रो दधीचिर्मुनिसत्तमः । महाशैवस्सुप्रतापी च्यावनिर्भृगुवंशजः
yaḥ purā gadito vipro dadhīcirmunisattamaḥ | mahāśaivassupratāpī cyāvanirbhṛguvaṃśajaḥ
Ang naunang nabanggit—ang brāhmaṇa na pantas na rishi na si Dadhīci, ang pinakadakila sa mga pantas—ay isang dakilang tagasunod ni Śiva, makapangyarihan sa ningning na espirituwal, at isinilang sa angkan ni Bhṛgu sa pamamagitan ni Cyavana.
