सूत उवाच । इति ब्रह्मसुतश्श्रुत्वा पित्रा शिवयशः परम् । शतनामाप्य शंभोश्च कृतार्थोऽभूच्छिवानुगः
sūta uvāca | iti brahmasutaśśrutvā pitrā śivayaśaḥ param | śatanāmāpya śaṃbhośca kṛtārtho'bhūcchivānugaḥ
Sinabi ni Sūta: Kaya, nang marinig ng anak ni Brahmā mula sa kanyang ama ang kataas-taasang kaluwalhatian ni Śiva, at matanggap din ang sandaang pangalan ni Śambhu, siya’y naging ganap at natupad, sapagkat siya’y naging tapat na tagasunod ni Śiva.
