शिवदूतस्य शङ्खचूडकुलप्रवेशः — The Śiva-Envoy’s Entry into Śaṅkhacūḍa’s City
शंखचूड उवाच । स्वतो राज्यं न दास्यामि नाधिकारान् विनिश्चयात् । विना युद्धं महेशेन सत्यमेतद्ब्रवीम्यहम्
śaṃkhacūḍa uvāca | svato rājyaṃ na dāsyāmi nādhikārān viniścayāt | vinā yuddhaṃ maheśena satyametadbravīmyaham
Sinabi ni Śaṅkhacūḍa: “Hindi ko isusuko ang kaharian sa sarili kong kagustuhan, ni ibibigay ang aking mga karapatan at pribilehiyo—ito ang matibay kong pasya. Kung walang labanan kay Maheśa (Panginoong Śiva), hindi ito matatapos; ito ang sinasabi ko sa katotohanan.”
