Hymn of Praise by the Devas
Devastuti

It teaches that steadfast bhakti purifies worldly life into sadgati (a noble, dharmic course) and culminates in param sukha—liberating bliss granted by Shiva to the devoted soul.
Though the verse does not name a specific rite, it frames devotion to Shiva (often expressed through Saguna worship such as Linga-pūjā) as the effective means by which a devotee’s life becomes sanctified and ends in supreme blessedness.
The takeaway is bhakti as daily practice—regular Shiva remembrance and worship, commonly supported in Shaiva tradition by japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and simple Linga-pūjā with sincerity.
