शिवतेजसः समुद्रे बालरूपप्रादुर्भावः (Śiva’s Tejas Manifesting as a Child in the Ocean)
ब्रह्मोवाच । शृणु सागर वक्ष्यामि तवास्य तनयस्य हि । जातकोक्तफलं सर्वं समाधानरतः खलु
brahmovāca | śṛṇu sāgara vakṣyāmi tavāsya tanayasya hi | jātakoktaphalaṃ sarvaṃ samādhānarataḥ khalu
Wika ni Brahmā: “Makinig ka, O Sāgara. Sasabihin ko sa iyo ang lahat ng bunga na ipinahayag sa mga palatandaan ng kapanganakan hinggil sa anak mong ito, na may isip na nakatuon sa malinaw at ganap na pagpapaliwanag.”

It highlights that destiny and karmic indications can be clarified through enlightened, truthful speech; a higher intellect (Brahmā) resolves doubt by giving a conclusive explanation, pointing to dharma-guided understanding rather than anxiety.
Though the verse is about explaining birth-results, its spirit aligns with Saguna Shiva’s grace working through divine order: clarity, removal of confusion, and right discernment—qualities sought through Shiva worship and recitation of Shiva Purana.
A practical takeaway is to seek “samādhāna” (inner settlement) through Shiva-centered japa—especially the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—to calm doubt and align one’s actions with dharma.
