It frames worldly attractions—love, arts, and charm—as forces that become auspicious when guided by goodwill (sauhṛdya) and aligned with dharma, rather than becoming binding passions; in a Shaiva lens, such harmony supports a life oriented toward Shiva-bhakti.
In Saguna Shiva worship, household life and human emotions are not rejected but purified; blessings like this imply that desire and skill should serve concord and devotion, making the devotee’s life supportive of steady Linga-worship and remembrance of Shiva.
A practical takeaway is to sanctify love and relationships through Shiva-centered discipline—daily japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and simple Linga-pūjā—so that emotions mature into goodwill rather than attachment.
