सतीदेव्याः योगमार्गेण देहत्यागः — Satī’s Yogic Abandonment of the Body
यत्स्वांगजां सुतां शंभुद्विट् न्यषे धत्समुद्यताम् । महानरकभोगी स मृतये नोऽपराधतः
yatsvāṃgajāṃ sutāṃ śaṃbhudviṭ nyaṣe dhatsamudyatām | mahānarakabhogī sa mṛtaye no'parādhataḥ
Sapagkat itinakwil mo ang sarili mong anak na babae—isinilang mula sa iyong katawan—na may debosyon at buong loob na nakatuon kay Śiva, ang napopoot kay Śambhu ay magdurusa sa mga pahirap ng dakilang impiyerno; ang kanyang kamatayan ay dahil lamang sa kanyang pagkakasala laban sa Panginoon.

It teaches that hostility toward Śiva and contempt for sincere devotion (bhakti) is a grave aparādha; such ego-born opposition binds the soul to severe karmic suffering rather than liberation.
Satī defends devotion to Śiva as the accessible Saguna Lord for worship; rejecting Śiva and His devotees is portrayed as spiritually destructive, whereas honoring Śiva (including Liṅga-worship) is dharmic and purifying.
The takeaway is to avoid Śiva-aparādha and cultivate reverent bhakti—daily remembrance of Śiva (e.g., japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with humility and respect for devotees.
