The Great Assembly at Prayāga: Śiva’s Appearance and Dakṣa’s Arrival
कूटधर्मेषु गेहेषु सदा ग्राम्यसुखेच्छया । कर्मतंत्रं वितनुता वेदवादं च शाश्वतम्
kūṭadharmeṣu geheṣu sadā grāmyasukhecchayā | karmataṃtraṃ vitanutā vedavādaṃ ca śāśvatam
Sa mga sambahayang pinamamahalaan ng baluktot at mapagkunwaring mga tungkulin, na laging hinihila ng pagnanasa sa makamundong aliw na parang pang-nayon, ikinakalat nila ang isang “makinarya” ng gawaing-ritwal (karma) at patuloy na ipinangangaral ang Veda-vāda na wari’y iyon na ang walang-hanggang wakas sa sarili nito.
