bhṛgvādyairduṣṭacittaiśca mūḍhaissa upahāsitaḥ | mahā prabhurmaheśāno brāhmaṇatvādahaṃmate

Nilibak ng mga masama ang loob at mapurol ang isip, na pinangungunahan ni Bhṛgu, ang Dakilang Panginoon na si Maheśāna ay hinamak—sapagkat sa kanilang palalong paniwala, Siya raw ay nag-anyong brāhmaṇa.
