प्रसन्नास्सह चन्द्रेण ननिषारास्तदाऽभवन् । विभावर्यः प्रियेणैवं कामिन्यस्तु मनोहराः

Transliteration

prasannāssaha candreṇa naniṣārāstadā'bhavan | vibhāvaryaḥ priyeṇaivaṃ kāminyastu manoharāḥ

Translation

Noon, ang mga gabi kasama ang buwan ay naging payapa at maliwanag. Sa gayon, kapag kaisa ang minamahal, ang mga gabi mismo’y naging kaakit-akit—gaya ng mga babaeng umiibig na pinapaganda ng pag-ibig.
