दक्षस्य प्रजावृद्ध्युपायः — Dakṣa’s Means for Increasing Progeny
अपृथग्धर्मशीलास्ते सर्व आसन् सुता मुने । पितृभक्तिरता नित्यं वेदमार्गपरायणाः
apṛthagdharmaśīlāste sarva āsan sutā mune | pitṛbhaktiratā nityaṃ vedamārgaparāyaṇāḥ
O muni, ang lahat ng mga anak na babae ay magkakatulad sa kanilang mabuting asal at dharma. Lagi silang deboto sa paglilingkod sa ama at matatag sa landas ng Veda, namumuhay sa matuwid na kabanalan na di natitinag.

It upholds dharma as lived character: steadiness in Vedic discipline and sincere devotion in one’s duties. In Shaiva understanding, such ordered life purifies the pashu (bound soul) and prepares it for Shiva-bhakti and liberating knowledge.
By praising Veda-mārga and disciplined virtue, the verse frames proper conduct as the foundation for Saguna Shiva worship (including Linga-pūjā). Right conduct and devotion steady the mind, making ritual worship fruitful rather than merely external.
