Viṣṇu’s Manifestation and Brahmā’s Hymn
विस्मृतं तव तत्सर्वं धन्या या शांभवी परा । तया संमोहितं सर्वं दुर्विज्ञेया शिवं विना
vismṛtaṃ tava tatsarvaṃ dhanyā yā śāṃbhavī parā | tayā saṃmohitaṃ sarvaṃ durvijñeyā śivaṃ vinā
Nakalimutan mo na ang lahat ng iyon. Tunay na pinagpala ang kataas-taasang Śāmbhavī (Kapangyarihan ni Śiva). Sa pamamagitan Niya, ang lahat ay lubos na nalilinlang; kung wala si Śiva, Siya’y napakahirap maunawaan.

It teaches that cosmic delusion (moha) arises through Śiva’s own supreme Śakti, and liberation comes by turning to Śiva as Pati (the Lord) who alone reveals the truth behind māyā.
Since Śakti is ‘durvijñeyā śivaṃ vinā,’ the devotee approaches Her through Śiva—most directly through Saguna worship such as Śiva-liṅga pūjā, where Śiva is the revealer and refuge beyond delusion.
A practical takeaway is steady Śiva-smaraṇa (remembrance) with japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” supported by simple Śiva-upāsanā (liṅga worship, bhasma/tripuṇḍra, or rudrākṣa) to overcome saṃmoha.
