तपश्चकार स्वं तत्र पार्वती सेवने रता । सखीभ्यां सहिता नित्यं प्रसन्नार्थमभूत्तदा
tapaścakāra svaṃ tatra pārvatī sevane ratā | sakhībhyāṃ sahitā nityaṃ prasannārthamabhūttadā
Doon, isinagawa ni Pārvatī ang sarili niyang tapas, lubos na nakatuon sa mapagdebosyong paglilingkod. Laging kasama ang kanyang mga kaibigang babae, noon ay kumilos siya para lamang makamtan ang mapagpalang pagsang-ayon at biyaya ni Śiva.
