किमाह सीता वैदेही ब्रूहि सौम्य पुनः पुनः।पिपासुमिव तोयेन सिञ्चन्ती वाक्यवारिणा।।।।

Transliteration

kim āha sītā vaidehī brūhi saumya punaḥ punaḥ |

pipāsum iva toyena siñcantī vākyavāriṇā ||

Translation

Ano ang sinabi ni Sita, ang Vaidehi? Ipagbadya mo sa akin, mahal na ginoo—muli’t muli—na wari’y dinidilig mo ako ng agos ng kaniyang mga salita, gaya ng tubig na bumubuhay sa uhaw.
