विचित्य वनदुर्गाणि गिरिप्रस्रवणानि च।अनासाद्य पदं देव्याः प्राणांस्त्यक्तुं समुद्यताः।।।।
vicitya vanadurgāṇi giriprasravaṇāni ca | anāsādya padaṃ devyāḥ prāṇāṃs tyaktuṃ samudyatāḥ ||
Matapos saliksikin ang mga masukal at mahirap pasuking kuta ng gubat at pati ang mga batis sa kabundukan, ngunit hindi pa rin matagpuan ang kinaroroonan ng Reyna, handa na kaming iwan ang aming buhay.
