ऋश्यशृङ्गानयनकथा — The Account of Bringing Ṛśyaśṛṅga
and the Remedy for Drought
ततो राजा विनिश्चित्य सह मन्त्रिभिरात्मवान्।पुरोहितममात्यांश्च तत: प्रेष्यति सत्कृतान्।।।।
tato rājā viniścitya saha mantribhir ātmavān | purohitam amātyāṃś ca tataḥ preṣyati satkṛtān ||
Pagkaraan, ang marunong na hari, matapos pagpasiyahan ang bagay kasama ang kanyang mga ministro, ay nagsugo—matapos silang parangalan—sa punong pari at sa mga tagapayo upang gampanan ang misyong iyon.
Thereafter the confident king, having decided, in consultation with his ministers to bring him (Rsyasringa), sent the priest with the counsellors on this mission.
Rajadharma emphasizes deliberation and respectful delegation: decisions are made with ministers, and emissaries are sent with proper honor, not coercion.
Daśaratha, after consultation, initiates the plan to bring Ṛśyaśṛṅga by dispatching trusted religious and administrative representatives.
